Friday, January 24

7 pm – Pints & Primates @ Riptide Brewery

The meeting will officially kick off Friday evening with a tap room get-together at Riptide Brewery in Bonita Springs. Located about 20 minutes north of the Zoo, Riptide is a popular local brewery with Southwest FL flair. The management at Riptide has kindly offered up their
tap room as a space for meeting attendees to hang out, network, and get ready for a fun a meeting. Riptide regularly has food trucks present on property, a top-notch line of craft beers, and an impressive lineup of pinball machines for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday, January 25

9 am – 4 pm Podium & Poster Session – Naples Zoo

Podium presentations and a poster session will take place at the newly opened Hamill Family
Education Center of the Naples Zoo. We’ll also hold a roundtable discussion among some of our key attendees with questions taken by the audience. There will also be a keynote address delivered by Dr. Sarah Brosnan, a Distinguished Professor of Psychology from Georgia State University who studies the development of cooperation and reciprocity in human and non-human primates. Attendees will be given a 1 ½ hour lunch break to go enjoy some of the many eateries that Naples has to offer.

Sunday, January 26

9 am – 12 pm – Tour of the Naples Zoo

Before you leave Naples, stick around for one more morning so that you can get a full tour of Naples Zoo! You’ll get to meet key Naples Zoo staff, enjoy a private boat tour of Lake Victoria where much of the primate collection is housed, and be treated to some other VIP experiences!
